2. Purpose
Through this website, Osprean provides users with information about Comacon, its command-and-control (C2) platform for municipal emergency management, aimed at local councils, consortia and public bodies. Access to the Comacon platform requires authentication and is not part of this public website.
Anyone accessing this website assumes the status of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other applicable legal provision. Osprean reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, any information that may appear on the website.
3. Privacy and data processing
Where access to certain content or services requires personal data to be provided, the user guarantees that such data is truthful, accurate, authentic and up to date. Osprean will process such data as appropriate to its nature and purpose, under the terms described in our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these terms is held to be void or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.
