Where does a municipality start?
With the initial audit: an assessment of the municipality's situation, an initial resource inventory and team training. It includes 3 to 6 months of software access at no extra cost, and its scope is adapted to the contracting service's discretionary contract.
Is anything lost when moving to the next step?
No. Each step deducts what was already contracted in the previous one: if the initial audit was carried out, its tasks and amount are deducted from the comprehensive consultancy.
What does the software licence include?
Access to all the modules needed, with ongoing support, maintenance and updates. It can be contracted or extended on a multi-year basis, always in line with current local regulations.
Can a provincial council or a group of municipalities contract Osprean?
Yes. The platform runs in the cloud and scales to several municipalities: a provincial council, association or group can deploy a shared Virtual Emergency Centre and coordinate the resources of all its municipalities.
